UbiBot LD1 – WiFi Water Leak Detector with 12V Relay and IoT Cloud Connectivity
The UbiBot LD1 leak and flood detector is a professional solution for 24/7 monitoring of conductive liquids in server rooms, data centers, industrial facilities, archives, laboratories, and technical plant rooms.
The system operates with a highly sensitive, tear- and wear-resistant water detection cable and supports dual-channel leak detection up to 100 meters in length. This enables fast and precise localization of leaks. In the event of an alarm, the LD1 immediately activates an audible and visual alert and displays the leak location in real time on the integrated LCD screen.
Depending on the model, connectivity is provided via WiFi, 4G/cellular, or RJ45 Ethernet to the UbiBot IoT cloud platform. Alarm and status notifications are transmitted in real time via app, email, SMS/voice message, or HTTP interface to designated devices. Centralized data management is accessible via smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
For integration into existing systems, the LD1 features a 12V DC output for relay control, e.g., to activate external alarm devices, pumps, or solenoid valves. An integrated disconnect detection function reliably reports cable interruptions.
The sensor cable features a quick-drying core sheath and is designed for continuous industrial use.
